Coaching: a majority of my clients work in the field of social justice, either in nonprofit organizations or foundations. I work best with people who show up when they say they’ll be somewhere, whether that be on zoom, at a designated meeting site, or elsewhere. I’m happy to meet with you for ½ hour to talk about coaching. A best practice when seeking a coach is to interview at least three different coaches. I am always able to share names of other coaches with you and to share handouts with a menu of questions to ask when interviewing a coach.
Workshops: I design custom workshops on change, leadership styles, communicating across differences, storytelling, and wellness. I’m available to brainstorm about other areas related to these topics to help craft a workshop that meets your specific needs.
Facilitation: I facilitate retreats and meetings with groups who want to focus on teambuilding, change, creativity, wellness, leadership styles, conflict resolution, and/or learning peer coaching skills. While facilitation used to be a larger part of my work, I’m doing a bit less these days, but am available to talk to you about your event to see if I’m a good fit.
