Since 2022, I have worked with the Resilience Initiative designing and facilitating the Wellness Wednesday Workshop series. To date I’ve offered over sixty wellness modules on topics including:

  • Life transitions
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Life purpose
  • Saying “yes”/saying “no”
  • Inner wisdom

More recently my wellness journey includes certification as a Reiki practitioner (Levels I and II), grounded in a daily meditation practice. In June 2024, I designed and co-facilitated a Reiki and Writing retreat where participants engaged in guided writing modules and received an hour-long reiki treatment.
